One of the main challenges facing organisations large and small is how to get the most business benefit from their IT systems. Whether you are a small organisation using a few networked PC's or a large multinational with globally distributed IT infrastructure there is always room to improve the way you manage your IT systems and get more from your IT budget.

Principia's philosophy is simple:

  • Simple systems are easier to maintain
  • Simple systems are cheaper to maintain
  • Simple systems are easier to teach
  • Simple systems are less likely to fail
  • Simple systems are easier to correct if they fail

You may notice something of a theme. Quite simply... Keep it simple.

Simplicity does not mean that the system has to lack capability. Careful application of appropriate experience and knowledge allows Principia to help clients realise the power of simplicity in their IT system management.

Increasing capacity and capability while simplifying systems, processes and procedures means reduced costs and increased facility.

"Things should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler." - Albert Einstein
